All of our on-site training and support sessions are 1 hour long. We keep them focused so you can learn at a steady pace without feeling overwhelmed.
We do not go to private residences. We bring our training to convenient community locations such as nursing facilities, retirement villages, community centers, churches, and outreach ministries. *This will be updated soon*
For our personal support, we work with one person at a time. This ensures we can provide the care and concern you deserve while focusing on your specific questions. We only do group settings for our scheduled computer education classes.

The first 20 km of travel to your location (church, community center, or facility) is completely free. For locations beyond 20 km, we charge a simple fee of $1.00 per kilometer to cover our mobile setup and equipment transport.

If possible, bring your device (phone, tablet, or laptop) and make sure it is fully charged. If we are working on your email or a specific app, please have your passwords written down or ready so we can spend our hour learning. If you are not able to the following device/s, please be attentive to the information given. We will have material for note taking.
