Scope of Services
We provide on-site technology education and basic troubleshooting services at host locations. Services are delivered in person and are limited to general consumer-level guidance. Senior Tech Alliance, LLC strives to provide services truthfully, ethically, and with integrity.
Information We Do Not Retain
We do not collect, store, or retain personally identifiable information. This includes names, contact details, government identifiers, medical information, or biometric data.
Diagnostic Sheets
Participants may receive written diagnostic or troubleshooting sheets. These are retained by us only for state law tax purposes. We do not maintain participant files, databases, or ongoing personal records. The only records we would have is the diagnostic copy which requires signature of each client.
Consent and File Management
Any deletion of files, messages, or emails will only occur with verbal consent from the customer. It will be on the diagnostic sheet. This ensures that the customer authorizes the service provider to clear out information, for reasons such as:
Freeing up device storage
Organizing emails
Optimizing internet browsing speed
Responsibility for Materials
Participants are solely responsible for safeguarding any diagnostic sheets once provided. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced materials. Customers acknowledge that they understand the limitations of the services provided and accept responsibility for their devices and data after the session.
Host Facilities
Any information collected by host facilities is governed by their own privacy policies.
Children’s Participation
Services are intended for adults. Any participation by minors must be supervised and authorized by a parent, guardian, or host organization.
Device Responsibility and Liability
Senior Tech Alliance does not provide computer repair services.
We are not responsible for any device malfunction, system crash, broken flash drives, lost or damaged devices, or accidental lockouts before, during, or after the session.
We do not perform advanced IT services, repair hardware, or provide professional cybersecurity or technical engineering.
Remote diagnostic checks via call are available. a $25 minimum diagnostic fee will apply.
Scope of Services
Senior Tech Alliance provides basic technology education, support, and guidance, including but not limited to:
Device setup and configuration (computer, tablet, smartphone, smart TV)
Subscription setup and Wi-Fi connectivity
Password Set-up
Device settings and applications
Email setup, notifications, and sending guidance
USB/flash drive transfer guidance
Watchlist and monitoring guidance
